So, why review films and stuff? After all, this is the internet, and the internet is like a great big labyrinth carved out of knowledge, that as you travel its many pathways can lead to the realis...

No, wait that's a bit too elaborate and probably somewhat inaccurate. What the internet is really like is a big warehouse, maybe like at the end of Raiders of the Lost Ark, filled with all manner of treasures and exciting things that you didn't know and maybe didn't want to know, and you've been handed the keys to the index card cabinet and...well, of course, it isn't all discovery and finding things out, there's people and opinions, not just cold, hard facts, harrowing truths and splintery crates and rats an...
Sigh.
Look, internet: what I'm saying is, yes, there are plenty of other places where you can find reviews of things to either inform your opinion of whether to part with your hard-earned pennies or give you the validatory feeling of someone agreeing with you on why something is rib-splinteringly great or sand-paper across the eyeballs awful, or simply someone to hate for being wrong about things. But we're going to do it too. And it will be funny and delightful and terrifying in places...
